One partner, end to end. We design the cognitive and technological architecture that governs AI, and build AI-Native systems tailored to the way you work. We use what you already have to build what comes next. [Let's talk about your challenge](https://slowtech.it/en/#contatti). No pitch. A conversation about a real case. Slow Tech, Fast Brains. **Real results · Case studies** - **−99%** time and cost: multilingual technical translation · 9 languages - **−75%** operational time: internal logistics planning ### Why partner with SlowTech Three reasons to choose a partner, not a vendor. #### Platform End-to-End User Experience We're your single point of contact for the entire project lifecycle: from strategic vision to release and impact analysis. We orchestrate every complexity, internal and external, so you follow one direction and your vision becomes real. #### Know-How Harness and Context Engineering We design the cognitive and technological architecture that governs AI. We bring together systems engineering, contextual understanding and deep knowledge of your processes, to build systems that understand your business before the technology. #### AI-Native Value-Driven AI Process Engineering We integrate frontier technologies into the core of your processes, seamlessly. AI stops being an external layer and becomes part of how you work, creating hybrid systems that grow with your business. ### Where value is built You bring the raw material. We bring the formula. At the center runs our AI-First engine. #### Input - **Data**: The raw material, first and foremost. Structured or not, we order it into a single reliable source that feeds the system — and where it's missing, we generate it. - **Processes**: Processes come before technology: they decide whether an AI project works. That's why we build AI around yours, instead of forcing you to bend to off-the-shelf software. - **Goals**: Where you want to go, and how we measure it. Without a clear yardstick there's no telling if a project won — and when you don't have one yet, we define it together in design. - **Vision**: The only AI that works is the kind driven by strategy. Without a transformative vision, projects stall: design is where we give you the thread that holds everything together — from the start, and beyond. #### Output - **Agents**: Systems that carry out a task on their own, within rules we define. Single agents or orchestrated into multi-agent teams, to handle even the most ambitious processes. - **AI-First Platforms**: Systems where AI isn't an add-on, but the engine that solves the business problem. Multiple modules (agents, document retrieval, apps, etc) working toward a single goal. - **AI Adoption Program**: Building from scratch isn't always the answer: sometimes the right tool already exists. We bring it in following your data, processes and goals, and guide the change, because no AI takes hold without the people. - **Products**: When a proven solution can become something bigger. We industrialize it to scale across your company — or to take it to market as a new business. ### Our end-to-end approach One partner for the entire lifecycle, in five phases. #### 01 · Design: Understand the problem, design the solution We start from the problem, not the technology: we analyze processes and use cases and design the solution together, through to blueprint and business case. - Process or use case analysis - Design and co-creation workshops - Blueprint definition - Business case development #### 02 · Engineering: Build and integrate We build the solution and the cognitive layer that governs it, integrating it with your systems and validating it through rigorous testing. - Research - Architectural definition - Cognitive layer setup - Solution development - Integration with reference systems - Testing and validation #### 03 · Deployment: Ship to production We bring the solution into production and keep it alive: infrastructure, monitoring and continuous improvement. - Infrastructure configuration - Solution release in production environments - Monitoring and continuous improvement #### 04 · Enablement: Drive adoption and change We support adoption: project management, change management, training and documentation, so the solution truly enters day-to-day operations. - Project management - Adoption enablement - Change-management support - Training delivery - Documentation #### 05 · Scaling: Industrialize and go to market We industrialize what works and take it to market: open innovation, co-design, go-to-market and distribution. - Open innovation - Co-design - Solution scale-up - Go-to-market and distribution strategy ### Value, in practice Different contexts, one end-to-end approach. #### −99% translation time and cost - Context: Publishing group · technical documentation for a multinational. - Outcome: From 2 weeks to 4 minutes · 9 languages instantly, publication-ready output. - Delivered · NDA #### ×20 knowledge base capacity - Context: Industrial operator, energy sector · 2000+ scientific papers. - Outcome: From ~100 to 2000+ papers · relevant insights in under a minute, fully traceable. - Delivered · NDA #### 100% expertise accessibility - Context: Professional firm · 600+ GB archived over 30+ years. - Outcome: Historical knowledge accessible to everyone, always · more projects in less time. - Expected results · In development #### −75% planning and rework time - Context: Multinational manufacturer · manual planning via Excel. - Outcome: From 3+ hours to under 1 hour daily · −60% errors, scenario analysis. - Expected results · In design ### Let's talk about your challenge No pitch. The fifth module gets into the behavior of systems, starting from what you already master: prompting, reread as AI engineering in miniature. Every move of a good interaction is the seed of a system pattern. From there we scale up: advanced RAG paradigms, agents and orchestration patterns, harness and context engineering, the design of human-AI collaboration with its points of oversight. We close with the skill that sets a mature buyer apart: evals, meaning acceptance criteria, test cases and kill criteria. And we consolidate everything in the technical dossier of your case. **Objectives** By the end of the module, participants will: - Sketch the behavior of an AI system: patterns, harness, checkpoints - Critically assess human-AI collaboration in relation to risk and reversibility - Draft a first set of acceptance criteria, test cases and kill criteria for a system - Have consolidated the technical dossier that will guide the building of the prototype **Lessons** - 5.1 From Prompt to System — prompting as the archetype of AI engineering - 5.2 Advanced RAG Paradigms - 5.3 Advanced AI Agents - 5.4 Harness & Context Engineering - 5.5 Human-AI Orchestration Design - 5.6 Enterprise Evaluation Framework - 5.7 A Snapshot on the Frontier **Artifacts** - Human-AI orchestration map for the case study (v0) - Eval set with kill criteria (v0) - Case technical dossier (v0) ##### Module 6 · Practicing with AI · Day 4 A hands-on day: spec, prototype, red team and a 90-day roadmap. The last module is a fully hands-on day: the build begins. We dissect a GenAI application live (for example Claude or Codex) to recognize in real use everything the program has taught. We write the spec of your case in dialogue with the AI, which interviews you on the artifacts of the previous three days. Then we build: the prototype takes shape, gets tested against the evals written the day before, then presented. We close by attacking it with a guided red team and turning everything into the roadmap for the next 90 days. The project is ready to start. **Objectives** By the end of the module, participants will: - Outline a project spec - Have started building a prototype with agentic tools - Have tested and challenged their own system, knowing its limits - Have planned the following 90 days with explicit progress criteria **Lessons** - 6.1 Inside a Desktop GenAI App - 6.2 Vibe Coding Essentials - 6.3 Build & Iterate - 6.4 Demo & Red Team - 6.5 90-day roadmap **Artifacts** - Case spec (v0) - Tested prototype (v0) - 90-day roadmap ### Three stages, one evolution 1. **WAI.101**: An introduction to AI for people and businesses · 2 days on site · 4 modules 2. **Next Level AI**: Your AI core team, from idea to prototype · 4 days on site · 6 modules 3.
